Working Together
Therapy, assessment, and consultation services supporting emotional well-being, developmental concerns, trauma, anxiety, and relational complexity.
My approach integrates relational, developmental, and neurobiological perspectives to guide effective and responsive care.
Individual Therapy
Supporting emotional wellbeing, personal growth, and relational development. Sessions may include trauma processing (EMDR), somatic and body-based strategies, and developmental and nervous system–informed approaches. Therapy is tailored to each person’s stage and needs, addressing challenges such as anxiety, emotional regulation, relational difficulties, or life transitions.
Who is this for?
Adolescents and adults seeking therapeutic support for emotional or relational challenges or personal growth.
Parent & Caregiver Sessions
Supporting parents and caregivers to strengthen attunement, insight, and confidence in responding to a child’s developmental and emotional needs. Sessions may draw on dyadic and family-focused approaches, reflective techniques, and strategies to support the caregiver’s own wellbeing and resilience.
Who is this for?
Parents, caregivers, and guardians seeking guidance, reflective support, or practical strategies to strengthen family relationships and personal wellbeing.
Clinical Assessment
Assessments integrate relational, developmental, trauma-informed, and neurobiological perspectives. The Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics™ (NMT™) informs the process, helping identify priorities and guide individual treatment planning.
Each assessment produces a structured report outlining findings, recommended approaches, and, where appropriate, guidance for parents, caregivers, or care teams. This supports informed decision-making and ensures subsequent therapy or support is targeted, effective, and responsive to each person’s unique needs.
Who is this for?
Children, adolescents, or adults where a structured understanding of development, functioning, or therapeutic priorities is needed to guide intervention planning or care decisions.
Professional Services
Support for individuals and teams working in therapeutic, community, and care settings. Services include reflective practice groups, individual clinical supervision, and facilitated professional development workshops. Approaches draw from trauma-informed, neurodevelopmentally informed, and evidence-based modalities, helping practitioners strengthen skills, reflect on practice, and embed effective, responsive strategies into their everyday work.
Who is this for?
Practitioners, clinicians, and teams seeking supervision, professional development, or consultation to enhance competence, confidence, and reflective practice in their work.
