I am a Qualified Social Worker with over 20 years of experience walking alongside children, families, and professionals across health, community, and therapeutic settings in Victoria.

My work is shaped by a deep commitment to trauma-informed practice and a belief that healing and growth unfold within safe, respectful relationships. In these spaces, the whole person is seen, heard, and supported in the context of their unique history, strengths, and needs.

I am a certified Trainer in the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT) and an accredited EMDR practitioner, and I hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. My clinical work integrates developmental and relational perspectives with nervous system–informed and trauma-processing approaches.

More than qualifications, I bring warmth, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit to every interaction. I value reflective practice, shared learning, and conversations that foster insight, connection, and sustainable change.

I offer a steady, thoughtful presence grounded in evidence-informed practice and guided by deep respect for the diverse experiences and relationships that shape each person’s journey.
